Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via debit and credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfer. Third-party deposits are strictly not allowed on our platform. The minimum deposit qualifying for bonuses is 20 EUR (or the equivalent in NZD, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, NOK, BRL, PLN or HUF, as listed in our currency table). Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit, and the minimum withdrawal amount mirrors our minimum deposit thresholds.

Our CasperBets withdrawal limits are set per transaction (500 EUR), per 24 hours (500 EUR), per week (3,500 EUR) and per month (15,000 EUR). We allow one pending withdrawal request per payment method, and depending on the method, one withdrawal request per 24 hours. Wins exceeding 15,000 EUR are paid by us in monthly instalments of up to 15,000 EUR, while progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Our maximum daily winnings threshold is 100,000 EUR, calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 GMT.

We require that your deposit be wagered five times before you request a withdrawal. Bonus funds and any funds held in an aborted game session cannot be withdrawn from your account.

Verification and Security Checks

Before processing your first withdrawal, we require KYC verification, which includes pictures of your credit card (both sides, with only the first 6 and last 4 digits visible), a bank statement, a copy of your personal identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership for every other payment method used. We may also request certified copies of your passport or ID card, phone verification and face verification before releasing a payout.

Our Risk Department may request one-time password (OTP) verification via phone, WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail, sent only to the contact details you provided at registration. We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 14 business days to perform additional account checks and review game sessions with our third-party providers. Once verification is complete, we process withdrawals within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (GMT+1).

Bonuses and Promotions
